What to know if you want to hold an event at our fire station
How do I book the room and what is the cost?
The room rental fee is a $150.00 donation to the Chestnut Ridge Volunteer Fire Company. This covers a duration of up to 4 hours. We accept cash, check, or credit/debit card. Payment is due prior to the rental date.
What are the rules regarding guests and parking?
Capacity: We accommodate a maximum of 50 guests.
Parking: All guests must park in the rear of the building.
Access: Guests are restricted to the meeting room and restrooms unless escorted by a firehouse member.
How should I handle decorations and setup?
We provide tables and chairs, but you must provide 8-foot rectangular tablecloths for all tables used. When decorating, please remember that no tape is allowed on our drywall.
What are the facility's "House Rules"?
To maintain a safe, family-friendly environment, we enforce the following:
Prohibited: No alcohol, smoking, or vaping is permitted anywhere on the property.
Cleanup: The room must be left in its original condition. Please broom-sweep the floor and take all trash to the dumpster.
