Since the beginning of the storm, (2/5) Chestnut Ridge Volunteers have responded to over twenty incidents.  These calls vary from fire calls to medical calls to gas leaks.  We even had the National Guard equipped with a Humvee assist us in moving a patient from his home to the our ambulance because

As the temperature remains low, please be careful as to prevent accidents.  Dress warm when going outside and take breaks when doing strenuous activities like shoveling snow.  When the weather turns cold we usually see an increase in weather related incidents.
